A senior Queensland wellness professional will stay in custody for a 3rd evening after police laid an extra strangulation fee against him.
Sunshine Coast Hospital and wellness Service professional manager of medical ukrainian mail order brides solutions Piotr Swierkowski, that has been stood down on full pay, was faced with strangulation and suffocation in terms of two alleged violence that is domestic.
Their bail application hearing resumed in the Maroochydore Magistrates Court on Wednesday, after it absolutely was adjourned on Tuesday.
The court heard on Monday the 43-year-old dad of four admitted to police he had put a gown that is dressing their wife’s lips to muffle the noise of her yelling during a so-called incident earlier that evening but denied choking, strangling or suffocating her.
Dr Swierkowski had been delivered to the dock in a police watch household uniform.
Police prosecutor Senior Sergeant David Bradley told the court the brand new strangulation fee linked to an so-called incident on July 10, but that the fee had been set because of the so-called suffocation offense that took place on Monday.
Senior Sergeant Bradley stated authorities would continue steadily to object to bail.

The court heard Dr Swierkowski’s spouse had pictures associated with the accidents allegedly caused on 10 july.
