Dan Weiss is 26, appears five-foot-six, weighs about 130 pounds, and contains a slim chinstrap beard outlining their jaw—without the scruff, he appears 12. This Tuesday afternoon in March may be the very first time we’ve ever met, also though he’s a freelance music author and we’ve been e-mailing one another skillfully for decades.
We first took a pursuit in him in September 2009, as he reviewed a real time show associated with Coathangers, a scrappy all-female grrrl-wave four-piece from Atlanta. In an email that has been apropos of absolutely nothing really, he talked about he had removed a description of this feamales in the musical organization as “super-cute, ” because, he stated, he didn’t wish one to think he had been into “skinny girls. ”
Their Facebook profile filled in a few of this blanks. He wore black-rimmed cups and band that is uniformly tight. He previously shaggy black colored locks that dropped in wiry squiggles. He played electric guitar and learned English at William Paterson University. There have been snapshots of him posed with an attractive young girl whom seemed to be significantly more than twice their size, using a French-maid costume.
