ATLANTA — State Attorney General Sam Olens has filed case against two organizations saying they have been creating an online business to deliver unlawful pay day loans to Georgia customers.
In case filed Friday in Fulton County Superior Court, Olens accuses Southern Dakota-based Western Sky Financial, the business’s owner Martin Webb and California-based money Call Inc. of breaking circumstances legislation prohibiting loan providers from providing payday advances on the internet.
